Managing major accounts in NZ and Australia

We managed major retail and commercial accounts for AH Beard, one of New Zealand and Australia’s leading bedding manufacturers.

Over five years as Account Executive, we handled key clients including Harvey Norman, McKenzie and Willis, MYER, and Forty Winks across Queensland, Northern NSW, and the South Island of New Zealand.

Responsibilities spanned all reatail and commercial activities, ensuring seamless communication, project coordination, and relationship management.

This included managing the South Island accounts for Harvey Norman and McKenzie and Willis, overseeing Queensland accounts for MYER, Forty Winks, and Betta Home Living, and providing key account management for MYER Australia.

For MYER, we supported the strategic delivery of products across stores nationwide to optimise stock availability and strengthen brand presence.

Throughout, we focused on ensuring client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective project management, acting as the primary liaison between AH Beard and their major retail partners.
