Developing a Programme Management Plan

We were charged with developing a Programme Management Plan for a national NZ Transport Agency programme. The primary objective of the management plan was to serve as a vital operational document for the speed and safe speeds around schools team, offering a comprehensive outline of the essential information necessary to ensure the successful execution of projects.

The plan was designed to be concise, presenting a high-level process while also providing links and references to critical documentation and resources within the agency.
