Safer Speeds Around Schools Programme

Working on a National Government Road Safety Initiative
We were engaged by Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to help deliver a nationwide initiative focused on making travel safer around schools. The project aimed to reduce speeds and improve road safety in school zones, working in partnership with local councils and communities across Aotearoa.
Luke took the lead as one of the Project Managers, overseeing planning and delivery across four key regions. Taylor supported the mahi as the Programme Coordinator, managing timelines, communication, and day-to-day logistics to keep things running smoothly. Together, we provided full-spectrum support, from stakeholder engagement and operations, to on-the-ground delivery and communications.
We also contributed to the visual design and messaging of the programme with the national communications team to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the programme.
