Developing workflows, systems and intranet solutions

We partnered with Māori mental health organisation Purapura Whetū to support a major internal development project aimed at improving how information is shared, stored, and accessed across the organisation.

With over 30 active programmes running across different regions and teams, their admin and operations staff were juggling a huge amount of content, often spread across different systems, folders, and formats.

Working alongside their admin and leadership teams, we led the planning, design, and delivery of a centralised intranet built on SharePoint.

This system now acts as the single source of truth for staff, housing everything from policies and procedures to service profiles, HR resources, and internal updates. The aim was to reduce friction, improve access to essential information, and bring consistency to internal communication.

As part of the process, we spent time engaging directly with kaimahi across the organisation, conducting interviews and wānanga with programme leads and frontline staff to better understand their day-to-day needs.

We then used those insights to map and restructure the organisation’s information flow into a practical, easy-to-navigate setup that reflected the way people actually work.

The result is a system that’s not just functional, but people-friendly, improving onboarding, reducing double handling, and helping everyone stay more connected, informed, and supported in their roles.
